What’s been pissing me off this week?

People stating the bleeding obvious and trying to make it sound like they are profound, don’t waste my time! 

This is the usual crap that the internet and mass marketing has produced. If you are in any way proud of what you do as a COACH! then listen up!!!

I/we know all this stuff and if you want to have mindless fools following what you do and everything you say go ahead but then don’t proclaim to be some guru or bullshit. This is not what I deem to be high performance/elite level coaching (What I am proud of and the point to what I do!) Be real/honest about what you know and where you learnt it from, don’t just tell us how great you are, tell us some mistakes you have made, BE HUMAN.

Don't be scared to be honest. I’m not stupid enough to judge you on one experience or one thing that you do, I don’t know the preface to what you are doing or the context to what you are doing now is. So judge me like this, I have no time for this, and anyone who is really any good, won’t either.

Things that I would like to know is how you collaborate/work with other people, colleagues and externals, people from outside your discipline. How you manage your workload? How you have dealt with difficult situations?

What else can you add? Have you done some thing that is working really for you, that’s great but don’t go around implying you made it up… if you have, well done that’s great, congrats, can you tell us what you did and how you came around to it?

Now that I have put this out there, if I do something resembling this then you have my permission to call me on it and take the complete piss out of me, I will deserve it. Just don’t go around judging people without knowing the whole picture.
