Had a great day today. Spent the morning physical competency testing the Hockey Australia Futures Squad. It was very interesting to look at the physical ability of the players at this stage in their development, especially as I expect to see these guys on the podium at Olympics and World Champs for the next 10 years. It is exciting to be part of this, even if it is just a small step in their long path towards sporting excellence.
